It is WOYWW week 102! Only 2 more weeks til the 2 yr anniversary and the PIF. If you don't know what I'm talking about, please check out the founder of it all, Julia. I've been a bit distracted these days and I realized that I've only been blogging on Wednesdays, so I am thankful for Mrz Dunnit for keeping motivated for at least one day a week. Life seems to be in super fast forward since the little guy arrived over 4 months ago! Thanks to all who commented last week, as always I will try to make it to as many blogs as I can!
To all my UK peeps, I'm curious what time of year would be good to visit and where is lil kid friendly? We want to try to take a trip next year and I would love some insider info!
So...here is my messy desk. Those shelves for the jars are painted and now I see that they would also make a nice home for all my T!m Holtz goodies, so I will be going back to IKEA soon to buy more.
Here are a few layouts, finally completed for the boy. He is super cute.
These are a few frames from IKEA that I'm painting to go in my lil girls room.
And finally, here is the lil guy who pushed fast forward on time, hanging in the craft room with me. :)

Cute baby boy! Just wait until he's out of that bouncy seat and grabbing at all the goodies on your work table. That's what I'm dealing with now with my 2 and 3 year old daughters! Have fun with your scrapbooking and frame painting projects, and happy WOYWW!
ReplyDeleteI agree . . . that kid is CUTE!
ReplyDeleteGreat layouts. Busy desk.

Cute little guy to hang out with you! I wish we had Ikea here in SA, things like the shelves and frames are a bit expensive to buy in our stores here and we don't have the yard sales like you either...
ReplyDeleteThe perfect excuse to buy more shelving - need to put my TH things on!
ReplyDeleteCute little boy - lovely! #10
aw fab creative space and layouts x
ReplyDeleteLOVED my snoop ... Thanks everso!
ReplyDeleteWell I don't know how you manage anything with two youngsters, let alone a 4 month old, so you're doing great, believe me! For me, this is the best time of year to visit England, everywhere is still green ,bursting into flower and the school's don't break up for another 8 weeks, so not too many crowds....of course, we have Olympics next year, so you need to steer clear of August in London unless you have already booked something! Whre are you planning to visit?
ReplyDeleteYour layouts look fab and your baby is oh so cute! How exciting to be planning a visit here! Tks for visiting. I'd love to see your carousel creation when you get round to it too! x #4
ReplyDeleteGotta love Ikea. Those frames are super cute. Again, I'm not really lookin at your desk cause the little guy is still grabbing the spotlight, sorry! TFS
ReplyDeleteYou are so right, if not for Julia and her Wednesday link up, I'll probably forget about my blog! Super cute layouts, Chrissy! Patsy from

Those shelves look fab! I must check out Ikea soon. But in reality, I doubt I'd have anywhere to put them!
ReplyDeleteBusy desk, sweet baby, Lovely desk

Sweet little boy, he's probably eyeing all your goodies for when he's a bit older! Oh the trouble he could cause, lol! Love the little shelves, they're going to work out great.

Love those shelves. Agree with Julia that May is a good time to visit.

Yummy yummy stuff on your desk, I'd love to play! Very cute layouts of your little boy - My girl is 13 and her babybook is still not done!
ReplyDeleteI concur with May, it is beautiful here then and sometimes quite warm too. The South of England is great but I may be biased! I love it here because there is forest, fields, beaches of stone and sand, boat trips, cliffs, trains, plains and planes! Promise you will come and visit! Your guys is too cute and your girl is a sweetie. I have one of each and it is great to be able to scrap in any colour and style!
