New Arrival!

I was scheduled for a repeat c-section on 1-11-11 but my son had other ideas for when he wanted to come into this world. On 1-7 I went into labor while debating whether or not to go to a friends get together. Luckily we had multiple people to help us with our 2 year old since my mother in law wasn't set to arrive until 1-10.

So, on 1-7-11 at 11:23 PM, Dominic Vincenzo Hunyady was brought into the world. :)

One Little Word ~ January

This is my self portrait for January for the "Beginnings" page for One Little Word with Ali Edwards. I thought it was appropriate for a self portrait since the only thing I can think of or feel right now is super pregnant! Less than a week to go til we get to meet the little boy in my belly. I am very excited!

One Little Word ~ Ali Edwards!

What are you wanting to change in this New Year? I really love Ali's idea of not making a resolution list, rather choosing a word to guide you and motivate you throughout the year. I'm so excited for this class done with Ali Edwards at bigpictureclasses.com. My word for 2011 is ACTIVE! I am looking forward to becoming more active after this pregnancy is over. I will have a 2yr old and a newborn, needless to say things will be more active naturally but I will be making an effort to be more healthy for my family and myself. This is my title page for the project....kind of matches my blog...lol. I will be working on the assignment for January today and hopefully will post another entry.
